About goldenridge
The private bridal cottage is designed with a vanity station for getting ready, coffee bar, convenient half bath, and comfortable seating area. It provides an elegant space for you and your bridesmaids to relax and enjoy the morning, and is yours to return to throughout the entire day.

Our 2600 square foot reception tent is unique with clear walls and roof panels, which open the space to panoramic views and unforgettable sunsets. The sheltered design keeps your celebration comfortable and provides a secure weather backup option.

We offer two ceremony sites to choose from. Our original site has unobstructed prairie views and is surrounded by a running creek. The second site is among mature trees and surrounded by our seasonal flower gardens.

One of the highlights of our venue is over 20,000 square feet of carefully maintained cut flower gardens, established perennials, and mature trees. This outdoor space offers natural beauty and multiple photo-ready areas providing a stunning backdrop for your special day.

The bar is located within the reception tent and steps from the commercial kitchen ensuring ease of access to fridges and chest freezers. You can purchase and provide your own alcohol with a valid liquor license. We do not charge corkage fees.

We are Alex and Alyssa, lifelong Albertans and the couple behind Goldenridge Venue. Our vision grew from a longstanding dream of owning an acreage and was shaped further by our own wedding in 2024 at a family property on Shuswap Lake. Experiencing the joy of celebrating in a meaningful place inspired us to create that same opportunity for others. When an established wedding venue acreage became available, it felt like the perfect fit. Goldenridge Venue now reflects our dedication to creating a warm and welcoming space to celebrate life's most important moments - weddings, milestones, and everything in between.
