We welcome outside licensed caterers. If your selected caterer requires access to our commercial kitchen, please let us know so we can coordinate directly with their team. Yes! You handle purchasing the alcohol and it is up to your discretion what you would like to charge for drinks. We require a liquor license, Party and Alcohol Liability (PAL) insurance, and professional bartenders who are pro-serve certified. We can guide you through this process and provide a list of recommended bartenders.
Our reception tent accommodates up to 120 guests including the wedding party. The head table can be arranged to comfortably seat up to 12 people.
If weather conditions change, the ceremony can be moved into the reception tent. We will reconfigure tables and chairs to create an indoor ceremony setting. The transparent tent keeps you protected from the elements while still providing panoramic prairie views.
Open flame candles are permitted in glass containers only (glass must be higher than any flame produced by the candle). We kindly ask that glitter, rice, confetti, silk flower petals, and bird seed are not used anywhere on the property.
We do not provide overnight accommodations. However, there are several hotels located within a 20 minute radius of the venue, including options in Balzac, Airdrie, and Calgary. We are happy to provide additional information on nearby accommodations upon request.
Our booking season opens mid May and concludes mid October. For current availability, please contact us and we will provide a list of open dates.
